“Thai Punk Up and Spank Your Chicken”
1 whole chicken (Dead)
1 can coconut milk
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup white wine or water
1/2 bottle of “Punk’s Gourmet Pepper Sauce” (Smok’n or Mild)
3 carrots sliced
1 stalk of celery (chopped)
1/2 onion sliced
1/2 red bell pepper sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Rinse chicken and set whole in crock pot. Thin peanut butter with milk and add to pot. Add rest of ingredients.
Cook on low for 4 hr or until chicken is done.
Serve over rice or your favorite noodles
Can be prepared in oven proof dish and baked at 275 for 3 hrs or until chicken is done.
